The World's Smallest Multinational in 12 Days

How small can a multinational company be?

Precisely as big as one person, according to Sebastien Eckersley-Maslin, CEO of Sebastien International, and the organisation's sole employee.

Eckersley-Maslin, who left the Australian Navy to set up a business with a budget of just $500, is now embarked on an epic journey around the world to secure enough clients to fulfil his dream of establishing the world's smallest multinational.

Taking in cities including Tokyo, Paris, New York and San Francisco in just 12 days, his latest stop is London on Monday 4 October at the Walkabout Bar in Covent Garden.

Sebastien will be championing the cause of the Oneforone Group, which gives people a socially conscious choice when making a purchase by donating a similar product on a one-for-one basis to an individual of need in an impoverished local or international community.

If he can succeed in securing multinational status in 12 days, he intends to submit a film of his efforts to the Guinness Book of World Records.

“In today’s business world, you don’t have to be big to be big and I aim to prove it. This is a great example of an Aussie business punching above its weight on the global stage,” says Eckersley-Maslin.
